With 17 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, Holly has undertaken a wide range of general practice work including consultancy and strategic advice for rural businesses, estate management, valuation, financing and landlord and tenant advice. 

Holly was previously a partner in a national firm where she specialised in the valuation of rural property for a range of purposes including secured lending, taxation and matrimonial as well as undertaking a number of large portfolio valuations.

In 2022, Holly joined forces with Will to provide an extra dimension to Parry Land & Property.  With their breadth of experience, Parry Land & Property are well placed to provide independent strategic reviews of rural businesses and often collaborate with a wider team to pull together expertise in farm business consultancy, commercial, renewables, planning and development.
